Based in Massachusetts, Kenneth DeRoche has an extensive background in law enforcement and presently holds responsibilities as a CVI service manager. Among Kenneth DeRoche’s responsibilities is ensuring that first-shift technicians and personnel maintain optimal quality control and productivity, in ways that fully meet client expectations.
In a previous position as a service manager with GSD Refrigerated/Thermo King for more than a decade, Mr. DeRoche guided transport refrigeration repair assignments. Dispatching technicians and scheduling work, he ensured consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. He is also the former owner and operator of Double D Commercial Cleaners, a business that provided quality-first North Andover cleaning services.
Mr. DeRoche served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1994, where he was responsible for the maintenance and servicing of mission critical aircraft. Recognition for his work included Plane Captain of the Month distinction in 1990 as a member of the Strike Fighter Squadron. Joining the City of Lowell police department in the late 1990s, Kenneth DeRoche actively enforced the law and achieved success in a community policing role. This involved coordinating patrols in high crime areas and assisting those with substance use issues.
